Survive Bikini Bottom Tier List
Classes ranked for escorts, infinite nights, and Doubloon value.
Doubloons are slow, classes are permanent, and Survive Bikini Bottom has more than ten kits that look unique in the lobby. This hub is the current ranking for spending that currency. Criteria: can the class finish the five residents, can it hold raids after the day counter explodes, and does it still work if ketchup ammo dries up. We split hair-splitting into solo versus team and weapons.
Rankings move when Friday patches change energy, poison, or revive math. If a class suddenly feels broken, check the update tracker before you buy the flavor-of-the-week short.
Current class tiers
| Tier | Classes | Role |
|---|---|---|
| S | GG Rockstar, Doctor | Late-game range / team revive backbone |
| A | Doodle Bandit, Mercenary, Bruiser | Speed escorts, melee, paid burst |
| B | Pioneer, Cursed Soul | Teaching blaster / chest luck farm |
| C | Jellyfisher, Trapper | Early economy that fades |
| D | Camp Scout, Drifter, Defender | Cheap perks the bench replaces |
Santa Claus-style event kits and Robux exclusives sit outside the Doubloon table. If a seasonal bag appears, we will note it on the BETA page rather than force it into S-tier for a week.
Why S-tier looks lopsided
GG Rockstar starts with real armor and the Goober Guitar. The guitar spends energy, not ketchup, which is the resource that disappears right when Chum Bucket brutes show up. Perks add night vision, guitar damage, and energy on kill. The problem is the price: about 500 Doubloons, which is a long farm. Buy it when you already clear Sandy without help.
Doctor looks like a bandage meme until a raid down happens. Five-times revive speed, better HP and hunger on get-up, and a medkit upgrade keep a squad in the Day 100 raid phase. Solo Doctor is fine and not exciting. Squad Doctor is the difference between a wipe and a continue.
A-tier in one breath
Doodle Bandit spreads poison and wants you in melee. Bruiser cannot shoot, gains HP, melee damage, regen, and a small block chance—excellent in the SpongeBob labyrinth, weaker when infinite waves punish standing still. Mercenary opens with a cutlass, scrap from a broken motorcycle, and later execute-style damage; the Robux bundle is rarely worth it if you can walk the same route on Pioneer.
B-tier and below
Pioneer is the best teacher: flashlight, blaster, extra ammo, a chance to not spend a shot. It falls off when mags run dry. Cursed Soul is a slot machine for chests and a Doubloon farmer, not a raid carry. Jellyfisher and Trapper print early food and jelly, then become redundant when the workbench and Mailman exist. Camp Scout, Drifter, and Defender sell night vision, bag space, and walls that every serious run crafts anyway.
How to use this hub
- New and nervous → best starter then Pioneer or Doctor.
- Duo or five-stack → solo versus team.
- Choosing a gun, not a lobby kit → weapons.
- Reading perk text → all classes.
- Still broke → farm Doubloons and do not touch D-tier.
Codes will not bail out a bad purchase. The Codes Hub is empty. Play the campaign.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the best class in Survive Bikini Bottom?
GG Rockstar for solo and late raids. Doctor if you play with a regular squad. Both sit in S-tier.
What should free-to-play players buy first?
Pioneer to learn, or Doctor for a group. Save 500 Doubloons for GG Rockstar only after you can finish Sandy.
Is Mercenary worth Robux?
Usually no. The kit is strong early, but Bruiser and Rockstar outscale it without the cash shop.
